Delivery Policy
Flower Delivery Options
Order before 12 noon for same day delivery.
We have 2 delivery windows: 10am - 2pm and 2pm - 6pm. Please select your preferred time-slot at check out. If you have specific timing for delivery , do contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request
Standard delivery is $15 across Singapore except for areas like Changi Airport, Tuas, Jurong Island, Sentosa, Sembawang Wharves, additional charge will apply.
Standard delivery is subject to change for peak seasons - e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s day , Chinese New Year and Christmas.
We do not do deliveries on Sunday!
Express Flower Delivery
If you need your flowers delivered urgently, we can arrange for it to be delivered within 3 hours of ordering. Do give us a ring to check availability of flowers. Our cut-off time for express delivery is 3.30pm.
Redelivery Charge
If no one is available to accept the delivery, we will be in touch with either the sender or recipient to get approval to leave flowers in a safe place. If both the sender and recipient are not contactable and unless specifically stated to leave flowers outside the delivery address, we will schedule for a re-delivery. There is a $20 re-delivery charge should that be the case. Do ensure all information provided is correct to avoid any charges for redelivery.
Self Collection
Self-collection from our shop can be done between 11am – 5.30, Mondays to Saturday . We do not offer self-collection on Sunday and public holidays unless stated otherwise.
