Acceptance of order

Once your order has been confirmed, it is considered accepted and you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. Please review all information carefully, including the delivery address and recipient details and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.

Changes to your order

If you wish to alter your order, please contact us at 87272860 or hello@beyondflowers.co We'll always do our best to make last-minute changes for you, but we can only guarantee changes (including the delivery address and gift card message) no later than 36 business hours prior to your order going out.

Cancellation

We do not accept any requests for cancellations once the  confirmation email has been sent.  However, if it is due to a valid reason, we can issue store credits on a case by case basis with the  equivalent amount to be used  for your next order. Any credits given must be used within 1 month of the date the credit has been  awarded and cannot be used together with  other promotions and discount codes.

Returns

Please understand that due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to accept returns on these products.

Size approximation

Flower availability and Substitution

At Beyond Flowers, we will do our best to match the size  of the floral that you ordered. However, sizes shown (in centimetres) are an approximation of a standard arrangement. We are not liable for any compensation if the size measurement is not up to standard measurements unless the difference is significant.

All floral products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties we reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to substitute any product with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality.
